You then turn to onsite wifi and this cant cope with capacity. Amazing rides for all ages, the queues are very well managed , so not too long to wait , and the atmosphere in general it’s just great! You never get bored. This appears to make no sense. ### 4/5 — Great day out *2020-08-28* Have been bringing our 2 grandchildren to Paultons Park for 5 years now. We have had annual tickets for 3 of those. Our latest visit on 28th August was very exciting for our 3 year old granddaughter. We felt very safe with all the social distancing in place and the abundance of sanitisers everywhere. We were rather surprised at the length of queues considering we were led to believe that capacity had been reduced by two thirds. The car parks were every bit as full as previous times before Covid measures. We were a bit concerned that you are allowing too many visitors. Highly recommend ### 5/5 — Love Paultons *2020-07-24* My children and I love coming to Paultons and get Season passes every year. The rides are great and the park always looks impeccable. Paultons are always updating the park as well so the value for money is great ( if you have a season pass)! Really love this place and will be sad the day my children out grow it!! ### 5/5 — Good day out *2020-07-19* Visited on Thursday with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. I was most impressed with the virtual queuing system on some of the rides, and that some rides were available with just queuing. Social distancing was apparent which is difficult with little toddlers. I also praise the young people working in the park for their politeness and ‘cheery’ manner with everyone despite some moaners!! Tried and tried again. Can’t contact support other than to have a message which might get a reply in 48 hours. No QR or details, it’s was working fine before ### 1/5 — Paultons park APP *2021-08-22* Rating the app not the park itself because this review section is about the app 🙄 it was good when downloaded and entered all information but… when we arrived at Paultons park there was no internet signal (using 5G phone) so was unable to use the app while at the park which was the whole point in downloading this app! I could not look at que times when I needed to. There was free wi-Fi you could connect to which didn’t work properly either. Apparently the park is surrounded by forest. She is way below and was measured no less than 7 times reducing her to tears. Used app to find that the queue times are totally rubbish. On 4 separate occasions a queue time marked as less than 10 mins ended up being over 30. It was great then but now with my granddaughter fantastic. Absolutely brilliant. They have thought of everything for a wonderful day out. Last time we went to Legoland we managed only 3 rides in the whole day as the ques were so long. There’s so many new rides here and they’re all brilliant. It tells you the queue times with directions to where rides are and how long it will take you to get there.
