## What is Pause Before?

You do not have to decide right now.

Pause Before gives an impulsive decision a quiet place to rest, then brings it back when you have had time to think.

Something you want late at night.
A message you are about to send while upset.
A commitment you feel pressured to accept.
Something you want to quit on a difficult day.

Choose ten minutes, one hour, overnight, 24 hours, three days, or a week. When the pause ends, compare your original reason with how you feel now.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Capture what you are about to decide
2. Choose a cooling-off period
3. Receive an optional local reminder
4. Proceed, let it go, or give it more time
