マインドフルネスに興味があり、集中したいのでやってみました。
結果、指の太極拳は意味がわからないし砂時計のようなものも意味がわからなかった。
動かす、落ち着くとか表示されるが、それに合わせて動かせば良いのか?もう少し丁寧な説明があると良い。
砂時計はずっと見ていれば良いのか?
インストールしてから数分でアンインストールしてしまった。

マインドフルネス的なアプリは、他にもいろいろ探してきました。
いままで、スルーしてきたこのアプリをつかったら、すごくいいですよ！
アプリに機能がゴチャゴチャついてなくて、シンプルだし、月間200円なら継続的に払おうって気持ちにさせてくれる。

何より、マインドフルネスの効果が、このアプリは、個人的には得られやすいと思います。
