## What is Pause Distractions?

Pause is designed to help you regain control over your screen time. With intelligent app locks and flexible schedules, you can limit distractions during specific hours and build healthier digital habits. A unique feature of Pause is its integration with physical devices, which add an extra layer of conscious decision-making. Before unlocking blocked apps, you need to tap it against a dedicated tag. This physical confirmation makes phone use more intentional and less impulsive. Pause not only blocks apps but also encourages mindfulness and helps you create a better balance between technology and everyday life.

Fixed an issue with the App Selector

In this version we focused on improving everyday usability and polishing the overall experience.
The Add mode button has been refreshed and replaced with a new green 3D ChooseButton to make the main action clearer and easier to notice.
We expanded the Settings section by adding quick access to the About Us and FAQ pages through external links.

We've focused on four core improvements: Enhanced graphics provide a richer visual experience, simplified UI makes the app easier to use, Emergency Unpause and a smoother onboarding process helps new users get started quickly. Plus new app icon ; )

We're excited to release Version 1.5, which features new graphics and animations. We have enhanced the visuals to be far more detailed and have also implemented a cleaner, more understandable UI.
