### 5/5 — My new support system

I loved how easy it was to set up and or need me to log anything through the day. It quietly watches out for me and helps me reset before I get overwhelmed.

### 5/5 — So helpful!

I’ve deleted so many wellness apps because they wanted me to log everything. This one doesn’t ask me to do anything - it just notices when I’m getting overwhelmed and gives me a gentle nudge to pause. That’s it. That’s exactly what I wanted.

### 5/5 — It helps me pause before I react

Been a beta tester for this app and it’s honestly been so helpful. It’s alerted me a few times with my kids and at work — like coming home and things being chaotic, and instead of me getting worked up like them, it went off and helped me calm down first, which meant I could actually handle the situation instead of escalating. Also catches me when I’m about to lose it at work 👌

### 5/5 — Total game changer!

*2026-08-18*

I know what I should do when I get upset or stressed but ACTUALLY knowing when to use them is another thing all together! When I use Pause Point I get a small vibration (I like Nudge 2) and it reminds me of to slow down and take a few breaths

I’ve actually gotten so used to it, I forgot to turn on the app and noticed that I was stressed and was curious why the app didn’t alert (surprise-it was my fault for not starting it but I truly and learning when I’m stress and not after a full meltdown down or burn out!

### 5/5 — This one’s actually different

*2026-08-15*

Honestly, I’m sick of downloading wellness apps and never doing the work or following through. But this is different! No logging, no streaks to keep up with - I love that it’s not another app I have to manage. It just runs in the background and gives a gentle tap on my watch.

I came on here to comment because I just downloaded this and wanted to share what happened. I had a high stress work call this morning, I felt the tap and didn’t even realize the call was stressing me out until I thought about it afterward. It definitely interrupted the escalating stress. Pretty cool concept.
