## What is Pause?

You don't have a spending problem. You have an impulse problem.

That late-night cart. The "treat yourself" click. The thing you bought on a whim and forgot about a week later.

Pause gives you a simple way to break the cycle, without budgets, guilt or willpower.

HOW IT WORKS
Add anything you're tempted to buy, with its price and why you want it. Pick a waiting period. When the wait is over, Pause reminds you to decide: do you still want it?
Often, the urge has passed. Sometimes you buy it, and feel good because it was intentional.

FEATURES
- Wishlist: keep everything you want to buy in one place
- Waiting period: set a cooling-off time before you let yourself buy
- Reminders: get notified when it's time to decide
- Stats: see how much you've saved, and how often you passed vs bought
- Simple and fast: add an item in seconds, decide later

PERFECT FOR YOU IF
- You overspend when you're stressed, bored or emotional
- You're doing a no-buy, low-buy or no-spend challenge
- You're tired of buyer's remorse
- You want to spend more intentionally without obsessing over budgets

No account needed. Works offline. Free.

Pause won't judge you for wanting things. It just helps you want them a little longer before you buy.

Download Pause. Buy less. Regret nothing.
