### 5/5 — Simple way to be more intentional

*2026-09-14*

I’ve really enjoyed using Pauseful. Instead simply blocking the apps, it gives me a quick moment to think before opening something I know I can easily spend my time on without being mindful. The personalized reminders make pause feel meaningful rather than annoying. I also like that it doesn’t make you feel guilty or force you to stop. Simple idea and beautifully executed, and genuinely helpful for being more intentional with the screen time.
