## What is PauseLee?

PauseLee is a gentle companion for the moment an urge hits.

If you bite your nails, pick your skin, or pull your hair, you know the feeling — the pull arrives and you want somewhere to put it. PauseLee gives you Lee, a small companion to pause with while it passes.

WHEN THE URGE HITS
- Tap one button on the home screen and a short session begins in two taps.
- Choose how you want to pause: a 60-second breathing rhythm, a quick hands-busy moment, or a prompt to change your surroundings.
- Lee stays with you the whole time, and there is always a visible way out.
- When you're done, log how it went in a tap — eased, passed, or still going. There is no wrong answer.

The urge tool is free, unlimited, and works offline. It is never behind a paywall.

Lee is yours. Every time you show up — noticing the urge, trying a step, logging honestly — Lee grows a little. From Minik to Meraklı to Güçlenen, Lee changes as you keep showing up for yourself. Growth is never bought; it is only earned by being there.

NO STREAKS, NO PRESSURE
There are no streaks to break, no rankings, and no comparison to anyone else. A hard day is logged the same as any other. PauseLee is a record and a companion, never a scoreboard.

PAUSELEE PREMIUM
Free gives you the full urge tool, one tracked behavior, all of Lee's growth, a daily reminder, and the last 7 days.
Premium adds longer-range insights (30 days, 90 days, all time), filters to spot patterns, extra ways to personalize Lee's space, and more flexible reminders. PauseLee Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually, with a free trial on the annual plan. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings.

KEPT PRIVATE
No email, no sign-up, no social login — your account is anonymous. Your behavior data is never used to advertise to you and is never sold. Your subscription is handled by the App Store.
