## What is Pausely?

Pausely is a calm, private place to track perimenopause and menopause: what happened, how strong it was, and how your recorded patterns change over time.

Log a hot flash with one hand: open Today, set intensity and optional triggers, then save.

WHAT YOU GET
- Hot flash quick log: a one tap instant log at typical intensity for the moment itself, or time, intensity from 1 to 5, and triggers for full detail
- A real symptom library: 34 symptoms across heat and flushing, sleep, mood, mind and memory, body, skin and hair, cycle changes, and intimate changes, each described in plain language and logged with 1 to 5 severity
- Trigger tracking: mark caffeine, alcohol, stress, and poor sleep days with a tap
- Daily check in: record your own sleep and energy ratings with an optional note in under a minute
- Symptom shortcuts: choose up to three symptoms for one tap logging on Today, with recent symptoms filling open spots
- Visit snapshot: see thirty days of hot flashes, symptom entries, daily check ins, treatments, and open appointment questions together before a visit
- Your time of day pattern: a clean chart of when your hot flashes tend to happen, morning to night
- Night flashes counted on their own: what happened between 10pm and 6am, separated from the daytime total, because it is the number clinicians ask about first

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Pausely Pro offers monthly and yearly subscriptions plus a one-time lifetime purchase. The purchase screen shows the live localized price for the selected storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The lifetime option does not renew. New customers can now save and review two hot flash or symptom records for free before Pro removes the limit. Existing customers keep their earlier free allowance, and every saved record stays intact.

The main purchase screen and the one time after Skip offer both itemize everything Pro unlocks, including unlimited records, complete history, insights, treatment and appointment tools, reminders, and the doctor PDF.

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are clearly dated and now explain the free allowance, local storage, support diagnostics, notifications, purchases, retention, and deletion in plain language.

Rating requests use only Apple's native review sheet after successful logging moments. Settings keeps a direct App Store review link.
