## What is PauseProof?

Pressure is how bad decisions get rushed through.

PauseProof helps you stop, see the warning signs and verify suspicious requests before you pay, click, reply or share a code.

Paste a message, payment request, marketplace deal, email or conversation. PauseProof checks for common manipulation patterns—including artificial urgency, secrecy, authority impersonation, unusual payment methods, threats, credential requests and emotional pressure.

YOU RECEIVE

• A clear concern level and explainable score
• The exact pressure patterns found
• A short cooling-off pause
• Independent verification steps
• A safety card you can send to someone you trust
• A private history of previous checks
• Practical lessons that make future scams easier to spot

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Text checks and screenshot reading run on your device. PauseProof does not require an account, upload your messages, sell personal data or contain advertising trackers.

FREE TO START

The essential text checker, safety explanations, decision pause and trusted-review sharing are available free.
