## What is PauseWise?

PauseWise helps you slow down before making a purchase.
Whenever you find something you want to buy, add it to PauseWise and set a cooling-off period. When the time is up, return to your entry and decide whether to buy it, skip it, or give yourself more time.
With PauseWise, you can:
• Record items you are considering
• Add an estimated price and purchase reason
• Choose a personalized cooling-off period
• Receive a reminder when it is time to decide
• Mark each item as Bought, Skipped, or Still Thinking
• Review your decision history
• Discover patterns through simple personal insights
PauseWise does not tell you what to buy. It simply gives you the time and space to make more thoughtful decisions.
Pause before you buy. Decide with clarity.
