The tip that worked was looking for him ASAP at 3am. I went looking at neighbouring streets with a flashlight and found him hiding under someone’s car. Unbelievable relief and happiness. The app is not very user friendly when you edit the post for typos, they don’t fix it on their Facebook page, which was the only place they posted their flyer to begin with. They definitely did not cast a wide net for searching. What helped the most was simply posting in Nextdoor and in local Facebook groups. Don’t waste your money. Do not use is my advice. They are taking advantage of people with missing pets. They do nothing to help you! Where are the postings? They can’t prove they ever did what they said they would. This app should not be available. It’s a total fraud. It’s impossible to get it to stop billing you Also never found my cat. ### 1/5 — Pricing is extortion. *2026-08-14, version 2.0.8* App seems fine but they want $20 per week to use almost any of the app. TWENTY DOLLARS PER WEEK. You’re sad and trying to find your lost pet and the use that to extort you. $20 a month would be a it much but I wouldn’t have gotten on here to write about it. $20 A WEEK being demanded from grieving human beings is outrageously unethical. ### 1/5 — Preying on Heartbreak *2026-06-28, version 2.0.3* Sending a pet owner an alert of a possible sighting, but then demanding a credit card when the pet owner clicks on the alert is absolutely demonic. What’s next, a ransom demand? Additionally ,$20 per week plus tax is absolutely predatory. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-06-07, version 2.0.1* This app is a scam. They prey on people who are upset and wanting to spread news of their lost pet, then they claim you need to sign up to something and that you won't be charged. My bank immediately flagged it as fraud because it is a DCAM and they do charge your card. Why this app is allowed on the app store I do not know. ### 1/5 — Horrible ads *2026-03-06, version 1.7.8* I downloaded this because i saw a black cat and was trying to help find the owner. This app played a pop up ad that DIDNT END every time i tried to click in something. I cant imagine trying to use this as a resource if my pet was lost. HORRIBLE! ### 1/5 — Horribly Designed *2026-01-29, version 1.7.4* This app is just mind boggling. -They want you to spend money to “cast a wider net”. Is this app here to simply help or what? -Can’t choose a location on the map without giving it location permissions. Are you guys really just in the data gathering business? -Must immediately submit a lost of found pet to be able to browse lost or found pets. -Must resubmit same pet EVERY TIME you reopen the app to gain access to the rest of the app again. -Once you’ve submitted a pet and have access to the app’s features every option redirects you to facebook, not even your facebook app but the browser site requiring you to log in, instead of just being able to scan missing or found pets in the app itself.
