## What is Paw Navigator?

When something seems wrong with your dog or cat, Paw Navigator helps you take the next step with calm, structured, educational emergency guidance—right from your phone.

WHAT PAW NAVIGATOR IS
• An educational emergency guide for dogs and cats
• Rule-based decision support built from hand-authored guides—not generative AI
• A way to organize optional pet profiles and incident history on your device
• Tools to find nearby veterinary hospitals and reach animal poison control helplines

WHAT PAW NAVIGATOR IS NOT
• Not a veterinarian, veterinary clinic, or emergency medical service
• Not telehealth and not a substitute for licensed veterinary care
• Not a tool that provides veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose dog or cat and pick what is happening (for example: ate something, vomiting, breathing trouble, seizure, toxic exposure, and more).
2. Answer a short series of plain-language questions.
3. Receive educational next-step guidance—such as when emergency veterinary care may be appropriate, when evaluation is recommended, or when close monitoring may be reasonable—plus practical tips, what not to do, and trusted external resources.

FEATURES
• 16+ structured emergency guides for common panic-search situations
• Quick-start scenarios for urgent situations
• Optional local pet profiles (name, species, breed, weight, photo, medications, vet contacts)—stored on your device only
• Incident history when you complete a guide with a pet selected
• Find nearby emergency or regular veterinary hospitals (location or manual city/ZIP)
• Poison control helpline callouts on ingestion and toxin-related guides
• Optional Face ID lock to help protect pet data on your device
• Export local app data from Settings when you choose
• Privacy-first: no account required for core emergency flows

YOUR DATA STAYS LOCAL
Pet profiles, guide answers, and incident records are stored on your iPhone by default. Paw Navigator does not upload pet health information or photos to our servers. Optional anonymous analytics and crash reporting are off by default—you control them at first launch and in Settings.

OPTIONAL ANALYTICS & CRASH REPORTS
If you opt in, we collect anonymous technical data only (such as which screens are opened and app errors) to improve reliability. Pet names, health details, photos, and contact information are scrubbed before anything is sent. You can use the app fully with both options turned off.

TRUSTED RESOURCES
Links to licensed veterinary organizations and animal poison control experts are provided for education. Paw Navigator is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties.

IMPORTANT — EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY

Paw Navigator provides educational information only through automated decision support tools based on the information you provide. Structured triage outputs and urgency categories are educational decision-support tools based on limited information you provide. They are not a veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment plan, and may not reflect all risks to your pet.

Use of this application does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR). No VCPR is created between you and SWIFTOPS INC. (dba Paw Navigator) or its operators. You should consult your own licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's health.

If you believe your pet may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary hospital immediately. If you are unsure whether your pet is experiencing an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

Content is developed in consultation with veterinary professionals; formal clinical review of all materials is in progress.
