It only gives access to the air and asked for an additional $1.99 to access the sea, despite the fact we paid for both. Tried to select restore purchase to update and it did not work. Only the Air part works and I have to pay more for the Sea part (which is what he really wanted). I suspected there was a download issue. Air&Sea Patrol is suppose to be part of the pack but for some reason theSea Patrol part wouldn’t allow my son to use it so I had to purchase it separately, then it downloaded. That was an extra $2. That happened 3 more times. After emailing customer support and discussing with Bree T multiple times I got nowhere. I sent my receipts and explained the issue. I got no explanation for the issue and no refund for the apps I was forced to double pay for. This is theft and it’s not right. This was from a gift card a friend gave a 5 year old for a birthday. Shame of them. Please buyers be ware. You read Air & Sea Adventures for $2.99 however that initial purchase only grants you access to the Air adventures. Once the game has downloaded there is an additional in game purchase of $1.99 for the Sea adventures. The additional in game purchase for Sea access is not mentioned prior to purchase, and falsely advertised with the game title which is simply upsetting. ### 1/5 — Paw Patrol Air and Sea *2020-01-19, version 3.3* App name is false advertising; only allows access to air when opened and requires separate purchase for sea. This game is good for any young kids struggling with shapes or just learning to count. I personally think that Everest and Tracker should be added to the game for more adventures for kids to play. Keep coming up with awesome ideas and new updates! 😀 ### 5/5 — Not a bad little game *2020-06-17, version 3.3* I don’t see what all the bad reviews are all about. My 4 year old plays this every couple of days for 20 minutes or so and she loves it. Yeah, you only get half the game for the initial purchase, so a little deceptive. When the phone isn't muted my sound works. ### 3/5 — Fails to load sea *2017-07-29, version 3.0* I tried the developer advice of deleting, rebooting and downloading again and now I am worse off since the app isn't even downloading anymore. My phone is iPhone 6S Plus, iOS is 10.3.3 and I have 30 GB of free storage on the phone. Edit: After the app support team had me try a bunch of troubleshooting that didn't fix it, I did a full restore of my phone and it works again.
