The only reason I rated it three stars was because it freezes a lot even when you have full-service and Internet and sometimes it will close out on you randomly but will keep the walk timer and GPS going only issues I have that they need to fix. ### 5/5 — Great app for dog owners & dog walkers *2022-07-27, version 3.20.10* I love this app. My whole family is now using it. ### 2/5 — Not happy this year. *2022-05-27, version 3.16.0* I had this app last year and it worked great for tracking and keeping a record of our walks. This year it shuts down half way through our walk and if it does record the whole walk it won’t save it to my history. I have sent 2 emails but have heard nothing. I’m looking for a new app. ### 1/5 — Worst app for tracking *2022-05-25, version 3.16.0* I was told previously that I had to update my app and I did and it still does not work even after giving notifications it does not work. When you open it start the walk it just goes to a blank screen this is a piece of junk never again and from one of the developers from Wag no less explains everything **Developer response:** Hello El_Dog_Walker. I deleted it because it never wanted to end the walks. It just kept spinning. It worked well int he beginning but it just never stopped having glitches. ### 3/5 — Bugs *2021-08-23, version 2.67.0* I’m excited to try this app but it doesn’t change pages after i put my phone number in. ### 1/5 — not good *2021-08-05, version 2.64.0* Got it for my cat because I would like to see where he walks around my neighborhood, the app won’t let me put a cat and won’t even work. It crashes everytime I open it. Not sure why there would be a cat on the box if it was made for dog owners. ### 1/5 — Not Reliable-So Much Potential *2021-08-04, version 2.64.0* I am a Rover pet sitter/walker and needed an extra app to track my walks, someone recommended this app. I love the potential as in having all of that information and specific details I can send to clients. However, it took me 30+ minutes to actually set things up if the app didn’t crash. I hate adding from my contacts from my phone, as a different phone number is used for Rover communications..after having to add that random number it wouldn’t let me add two dogs initially under that person, just one. Then I had to go back and figure out where exactly to add the second (accidentally added under my dog before finding the other spot) so there’s so much room for improvement in terms of user interface—this process should be 5 minutes, not 30+. After the hassle I have it set up and plan to use it tomorrow…hopefully it doesn’t glitch out and not track my walk. 😖😖 ### 3/5 — Would be great if it worked *2021-06-11, version 2.55.0* This is exactly the kind of dog walking app I was looking for. I love tracking my pup’s walks and working towards achieving the goals. The issue is that it only works half the time. Every other time I open the app I have to recreate her pup profile in order to track anything—I’ve done that at least 15 times now.
