I love tracking my pup’s walks and working towards achieving the goals. The issue is that it only works half the time. Every other time I open the app I have to recreate her pup profile in order to track anything—I’ve done that at least 15 times now. This bug makes the app near useless because I can’t go through this process every time I open it, and I shouldn’t have to. **Developer response:** Hi P3rs3phon33, we're glad you found what you were looking for with the Paway app but we apologize that the app is not saving your pup's profile. I like this app at first but now the walk never ends because I can’t get the end walk button to actually end. It’s frustrating. If it doesn’t start working soon then I will delete the app. If it gets fixed I’ll give 5 stars. **Developer response:** Hi Sharon, we're very sorry that you're not able to end the walk. Since we're not able to identify your account by your Apple username, could you please send us an email at info@paway.com so that we can look into the issue? ### 4/5 — On my first walk I logged .99 miles out of 6.0 *2021-04-22, version 2.44.0* Started well then after 1.7 miles on my iPhone Health app this showed only .99. I never stopped or terminated the walk. Based upon this one use I would give it a ZERO, if I could. All subsequent walks have been recorded properly so I raise it to a 4. **Developer response:** We're very sorry that the app did not track your entire walk properly. We are still a new app and we are working out some of the kinks. (To an extent) I’m now having issues trying to scroll to look at the multiple challenges you guys have and I can not edit my dogs walking goals because the “would you like notifications?” Pops up above where I can reach. I believe the clock and font you guys have is just too large? I love the app otherwise, great user interface and multiple options to keep me and my pups protected and aware. Will continue to use just hoping for it to be more user friendly for smaller phones! I tried tracking her walks with my iWatch and my phone but it was difficult for me. I would forget my watch at home, didn’t charge it, etc. Due to so many doggies on Instagram posting their Paway photos, I decided to give it a try. All I needed was one time using it to fall in love. It tracks how long we walk, we’re able to mark if she went potty, how her temperament is so we can meet and/or avoid aggressive dogs. I’m going to share this app with all my doggie friends and her dog groups on Instagram. Thank you Paway! ### 5/5 — Great fun! *2020-12-10, version 2.17.0* New and fun way to explore my neighborhood. There is a feature that lets you put a note letting other people know if your dog is friendly or not. My dog is aggressive towards other dogs, so this is a great idea to show that he needs a little extra room on our walks :). There is also a way for others to watch your walks live, so your loved ones will know where you are during your walk ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst app for tracking *2022-05-25, version 3.16.0* I was told previously that I had to update my app and I did and it still does not work even after giving notifications it does not work. When you open it start the walk it just goes to a blank screen this is a piece of junk never again and from one of the developers from Wag no less explains everything **Developer response:** Hello El_Dog_Walker. I deleted it because it never wanted to end the walks. It just kept spinning. It worked well int he beginning but it just never stopped having glitches. ### 1/5 — not good *2021-08-05, version 2.64.0* Got it for my cat because I would like to see where he walks around my neighborhood, the app won’t let me put a cat and won’t even work. It crashes everytime I open it. Not sure why there would be a cat on the box if it was made for dog owners. ### 1/5 — Not Reliable-So Much Potential *2021-08-04, version 2.64.0* I am a Rover pet sitter/walker and needed an extra app to track my walks, someone recommended this app. I love the potential as in having all of that information and specific details I can send to clients. However, it took me 30+ minutes to actually set things up if the app didn’t crash. I hate adding from my contacts from my phone, as a different phone number is used for Rover communications..after having to add that random number it wouldn’t let me add two dogs initially under that person, just one. Then I had to go back and figure out where exactly to add the second (accidentally added under my dog before finding the other spot) so there’s so much room for improvement in terms of user interface—this process should be 5 minutes, not 30+. After the hassle I have it set up and plan to use it tomorrow…hopefully it doesn’t glitch out and not track my walk. 😖😖 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-03-27, version 2.36.0* Just downloaded and tried to create an account and sign in and it is stuck at the sign in page. ### 1/5 — Spam *2020-10-11, version 2.10.0* Starts sending you email spam the minute you install it and there is no way to unsubscribe ### 2/5 — Not happy this year. *2022-05-27, version 3.16.0* I had this app last year and it worked great for tracking and keeping a record of our walks. This year it shuts down half way through our walk and if it does record the whole walk it won’t save it to my history. I have sent 2 emails but have heard nothing. Is this only for certain cities? ### 3/5 — Great tool for dog walkers *2022-08-01, version 3.20.13* Great app for dog walkers and pet parents a like! helps pet parents and dog walkers to find aggressive dogs and avoid them ,find water bowls,benches, and lots of different supplies while walking.
