Received an email confirming cancellation still took my money out for next month. I emailed saying I have a pending payment, received email saying I would not be charged and then immediately received an email saying I could not receive a refund. Et aucun remboursement possible même si on n’a pas utilisé évidemment car on ne savait meme pas qu’on était abonné! Je déplore ce genre de pratique. Charged even after cancelling the subscription. No transparency. I hoped on to do,the new lesson and was asked to upgrade to premium and saw this. Then when I clicked on delete my account. It asked if wanted to get a lifetime membership for $29.99. While I like the short, easy to understand and do lessons a lot, this new development has me losing trust that this app is not scamming me.
