## What is Pawdometer?

Meet your new best friend: a pixel-art corgi who lives on your phone and runs on your steps.

WALK TO EARN TREATS
Your first treat of the day arrives at 1,500 steps, and more follow as you keep moving, up to five a day. Close your Activity rings for a bonus treat and a bowl of water. Your corgi eats from its bowl, naps at night, needs its yard cleaned, and loves belly rubs.

A BATTERY THAT CHARGES WITH YOUR SLEEP
Wear your Apple Watch to bed and your corgi's energy becomes your own battery. Last night's sleep, your heart rate variability and your resting heart rate set the morning's charge. It runs down through the day, and a forecast tells you whether you'll both make it to bedtime. Tap the bar to see exactly what charged it.

BUILD A STREAK
Hit 6,000 steps a day to grow your streak. Rest-day shields keep one bad day from erasing weeks of effort, milestones pay out bonus treats, and if your goal is too easy or too hard, your corgi suggests a better one.

THE WALK HOME
Every kilometre you walk brings your corgi closer to home, with a postcard from each stop along the way, written in its own words. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Image Playground paints every postcard.

WALKIES AND SUNSHINE
Take your corgi for a walk and watch it trot along in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen, with live steps and treats. Walks from your Apple Watch, the Fitness app or other apps count too. Spend 20 minutes outdoors in daylight and your corgi lies in the sun.

SHARE YOUR PUP
Share your streak, badges and postcards as story-sized pictures, or a little clip of your corgi's yard. In December, look back on your year together.

ALWAYS WITH YOU
- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets: your corgi, its next treat, and its battery. Feed it without opening the app.
- An Apple Watch app with a set of complications, so its happy (or sleepy) face is on your wrist.
- Gentle reminders, never more than two a day.

KIND BY DESIGN
Your corgi never dies and is never punished. On a quiet day it gets a little hungry and a little sad, and bounces back the moment you walk. A short night makes it tired, never sad.

ONE PRICE, FOREVER
Try everything free for 7 days. Then adopt your corgi with a single purchase: no subscription, no ads, shared with your family.

Your health data stays on your device. Pawdometer is a game, not a medical device.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-10-09

• New: your corgi's battery. Wear your Apple Watch to bed and the Energy bar follows your own sleep and heart rate variability. Tap it to see what charged it.
• A Battery widget and a set of Apple Watch complications tell you whether you'll both last until bedtime.
• Sunbathing: spend 20 minutes outdoors in daylight and your corgi lies in the sun. Seven sunny days earn the Sun dog badge.
• Share your streak, badges and postcards as story-sized pictures, or a clip of your corgi's yard.
