We bought one for our cat.  Once my wife registered it, worked fine for her.  I tried to register on my phone, received a message saying it’s already been used.  What happens when she’s at work or out of town and I’m left alone?  Very inconvenient ☹️

After weeks of reviewing GPS trackers for my 2 cats, I’m so pleased I decided to buy this one. Customer service is brilliant and GPS is accurate as well as subscription is reasonable every month not like some. I have peace of mind now when my cats go out with bonus of a light on the collar and sound.
