Simply does not work. This is nothing more than an idea. Fix your product and app! Complete garbage. You will be disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money!

I have spent countless hours just trying to connect the Pawbo to my phone. I’ve tried everything on the support page for this product. Also, it would be helpful if you update the link for your support page and manuals. Some of those files are no longer available. I think this is just very messy and badly handled. You have the potential to offer a great product but have neglected the customer service, and just overall technical support that is very much needed.

I love the unit, but the app doesn’t work well. I have connectivity issues even when I have good reception or I’m on WiFi. The video also lags quite a bit. I hope they fix the connectivity issues because I really like the Pawbo!

This app connects 1/10 times I open it, rendering the $100 camera useless. Please fix this, it’s been an issue for lots of people. 

You should just pull this product entirely until it is fixed because right now you are knowingly advertising a faulty product.

Consistently having issues with PAWBO App connecting to PAWBO. It will only connect on home wifi. Have to reset the PAWBO in order for it to work outside of home wifi. This normally lasts for about a week, and then have to reset the PAWBO yet again. Absolutely ridiculous, and for the amount of time this has been going on, you think it would be fixed. PAWBO support is also not helpful at all in resolving the issue.

The developers of this app decided to block video in low light situations. Audio works, but the video is blocked by a blue screen. Strangely, the video appears in the app switcher, but not in the app itself. Are you listening Pawbo? Badly lit video is vastly preferable to a stupid icon.
