It alerts me about every 2 minutes and he has not moved. I do like the fact it has an alarm button so i can hear where my dog is at since he is deaf i can find him easier when it is dark outside but other than that it is useless. The gps tracking is trash. I honestly thought my phone was crashing with such lack of function on this app! My pawnav tracker I just purchased is continuously beeping as a result my dog won’t even leave my side afraid of it! So, I went from my dog leaving the yard feeling the need to keep him safe with this tracker to now possibly him suffering a bladder infection because he’s too scared to leave my side to urinate. No customer service contact information came with the product -Poor product -poor app. Overall poor experience. I’m surprised Apple even let this useless app through!!! Is there no quality control any more? It was simple enough to pair the app with the device. If there was a way to give this mess no stars, I would have. One star is too generous. I set this up for my dog after buying the PawNav brand new at an estate sale. We paid $3.00 for it. They got me. Well played. ### 1/5 — useless *2025-07-27, version 1.0* found this on clearance and thought i'd give it a try for $5. first off, the app only works if you leave it open. if you try to clear the app from your app history (iPhone) it says that the device disconnected. second, the distance cannot be accurate. i'm maybe 20 feet from the device and it says it disconnected because it was too far. perhaps i'll use it in my purse or wallet since i can't return it. total waste of money ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-05-27, version 1.0* I can’t even get it to turn on!
