- Pet Traits: New profile fields—diseases, allergies, and care habits—are stored as tags in the traits table and displayed in a separate section on the pet screen. Active traits are displayed as a bar on the dashboard.
- "Traits" block in the document designer: Flexible settings—toggles for each category, selectable "Active" / "In History" mode, display of detection date and description; rendered to PDF/HTML via block_traits.mustache.
- New onboarding with tutorial steps and initial data entry: 6-step PageView (Welcome → Pet → Weight → Observations → Traits → Done); tutorial prompts explain the value of the data; weight, observation, and traits can be recorded directly in the onboarding—the dashboard responds to changes via streams.
- Update dialog for outdated app versions: The upgrader package compares the installed version with the current version in App Store and displays a dialog offering to update; re-displayed no more than once per day.
