She then told me to do what I already told her I did aa her new advice to do. ### 2/5 — Terrible photo function *2026-08-23, version 1.23.1* Pawp itself is easy and straightforward to use, but in the extended period I've had my dog, never once has the app accepted an upload of her teeth. I always get an error message that says, "Operation must be a dict or a list of dicts." The image is only 1.2 MB that is exactly what the app is requesting. It's taken with an iPhone 14 Pro Max, so there should be no technical issue with iOS or the image quality. Then, come to find out, no vet was available on the weekend. Wait, what?!? Then, finally, there is no way to speak with a customer service person to immediately cancel the $99 fee. So basically, no one works there on the weekends.
