Looks like it magically works as of a few days ago! Woot woot ### 1/5 — Are they still in business? *2026-07-02, version 5.3.1* I bought the tracker from petsmart yesterday and today I downloaded the app. When I open the app I get a green screen with a message stating the app needs to be updated and when I click on the link it takes me back to the App Store where there is not a option to update, just to open the app. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-02, version 5.3.1* We bought these for our pups and it won’t even let us use them or the app. The app says to update and sends you to the App Store which in turn sends you to the app. It’s an endless cycle of absolutely nothing happening. It does not work. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste money *2026-06-27, version 5.3.1* As of today, June 27, 2026 if you have the latest iPhone or the latest iPhone update do not download the app. The app will tell you that it needs to update but when you go to the App Store, it will not show an update even if you uninstall and reinstall the app it will continue to say so so please developers can you start changing your packaging on your tags to let it be known that iPhone users cannot use the app or at least up-to-date iPhone users so we won’t waste our money. I mean it was only six bucks cause I bought two tags and they are three dollars a tag but yeah overall completely useless. I asked if I would be able to get in on a discount or if I would have to buy a new tag for her, they then offered to send me one at no cost!
