My experience was that they kept saying they were promoting really heavily in my area, but I was barely getting interested clients. Eventually I didn’t need this service anymore, but couldn’t log in or retrieve my login info at all. The guy who runs it is overly personal and will text you, try to make appointments with you, etc and it’s unsettling. He even texted me because I got a random request after ages and I didn’t reply because I cannot get in to my account. Like please work that in to the system and don’t bother me. He tried getting me back in to my account and couldn’t, then said he’d contact me soon and never did. It’s all very messy and very hands on in a way I am not comfortable with. Reading other reviews, it looks like he doesn’t handle negative comments well either so I’m super excited to hear back on this one. ### 5/5 — So far *2022-11-11, version 2.2.0* Great ### 2/5 — $850 for a Standard Cat Groom *2022-10-19, version 2.2.0* This app seemed awesome and perfect; it has a great interface. But they don’t tell you the cost until you enter all of your information. On the last screen where is has a button to book the appointment, they tell you the price. The price for my gentle kitten was $850! No matting. No extras. Just a regular groom for a well-brushed kitten. EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS! That’s INSANE. Tried coming tasting the admin via chat never received a response. Tried to book a grooming with two different groomers and both requests just disappeared after a few hours with no explanation. My original appointment was rescheduled out of no where. On the day of the appointment I get scammed by the groomer. The support team gave me her direct phone number, she lied, took my money and never showed up. On top of all that she was yelling at me for thinking she’s a scammer lol. The support team told me that they removed her from the app, but she’s still there and visible. Total joke. Don’t we recommend! Made many requests, no one got back to me. Whenever I canceled the appointment, it says someone named Juan was supposed to be contact. Never reached out. At 1 am, PAWSH canceled my active request due to no groomers. Customer service is a joke and I really doubt anyone who left a review lives in a suburban area. Developers should include a general area where PAWSH is more likely to be active. Keep in mind I’m 20 mins from Chicago and still couldn’t get someone to accept a groom for my dog. 4 thumbs down. ### 1/5 — Customer service is poor *2022-10-13, version 2.2.0* I have reached out multiple times because groomer no showed. Nobody will return my call or text. ### 1/5 — Scam? *2022-10-08, version 2.2.0* Groomer cancelled twice, I now can’t cancel the appointment on the app without it charging me, despite the groomer flaking on me, not the other way around. My cat get terribly stressed when put into the carrier and brought to the groomers to be groomed amongst other dogs. Using Pawsh allows him to be groomed from the comfort of my own home.
