### 5/5 — Senior boy, quiet house

*2026-04-18, version 2.7.7*

He’s 16 and mostly naps, but I still worry. My sitter Alex kept the house calm.

### 5/5 — Finally not embarrassed by how picky I am

*2026-04-17*

I had a pdf file for caring notes. I appreciate that my sitter Lin didn’t act like I was
crazy, she actually used the notes. She also appreciated the details. Photos every
visit. I’m in Sunnyvale and this was my first booking on Pawsible. My cat also has
asthma, so Lin had to do medication and inhalation for Fluffy. I showed her how to do
it on our greet and meet, and she learned really fast which was impressive. She also

### 5/5 — Two cats, two personalities, one sitter who got it

*2026-04-17, version 2.7.7*

One is clingy, one swats strangers. I was expecting chaos. She split time fairly, sent
separate updates so I wasn’t guessing. Already rebooked for a long weekend

### 5/5 — San Jose last minute holiday travel solved

*2026-04-16*

Family emergency. Posted late, had three applications by morning within 5 miles so
that was amazing. Daily videos, litter looked fine in photos (I know that sounds weird
but it matters). App was great too. Great product!

### 5/5 — Didn’t think I’d find someone for a scared rescue

*2026-04-16*

My cat Mitten hides under the bed for hours with new people. We did a short meet
first with Vicky, booked the same week, and I got updates with every visit. I can see
the cat come out a bit more every time from daily picture update haha!! Made my day
during my trip.

### 5/5 — FinallyIwenttoalongertrip!

*2026-04-08*

I've been putting off longer trips for a while because I never felt fully cọmfortable
leaving my cat for that long. I'd usually just do quick trips or try to have someone
casually check in, which was always a bit stressful

### 5/5 — WishIfoundthisearlier

*2026-04-08*

I used to always ask a friend to check on my cats when I was out of town, but this
time that wasn't an option so I finally tried a sitting app. I ended up finding someone
nearby and we set up a quick meet before booking. She was really easy to talk to,
asked good questions, and just had that calm energy that made me feel like my cats
would be fine. What surprised me is how quickly my cats got cọmfortable. Usually
they take a while to warm up to new people, but this felt pretty smooth. I also got
photos and updates during the visits, which helped a lot while I was away

### 5/5 — Asasitter,itfeltworthtrying!

*2026-04-08, version 2.7.5*

I'm in LA and this actually works pretty well as a side thing. I took a booking from a
two cats family. not long after setting up and the whole process felt pretty easy. The
cats are really cute.

### 5/5 — Freemeetmatters!

*2026-04-08, version 2.7.5*

I'm based in NYC and this just felt smoother than what I've used before. did a video
free meet first (which I've paid for elsewhere … ), booked right after, btw sitter also is a
cat owner so I trusted her more

### 5/5 — Best platform for the sitter!

*2026-04-01*

I've worked for other apps, and local pet sitting businesses. This is really nice for the sitters,
no application fee, and I got a booking in the first week. They also pay you right after the
sitting cọmpletes, on other apps you'd have to wait for half a month. No charges for sitters at
all, super nice for casual sitters like me.

### 5/5 — Long notes and videos!

*2026-04-01*

Lili took care of my cat for two weeks whiile I was gone, she even did extra visits because
my cat was sick omg I cant thank her enough . She just learned how to feed my cat Pipi
during her first visit and could do it perfectly that's talent right there.

### 5/5 — Oakland-Berkeley split household (yes, it’s annoying; yes, the cat has opinions about

*2026-04-01, version 2.7.5*

Shuyi met me on the day that I posted my request, which was on the day of new years eve! I
honestly didn't expect to find such a nice sitter in short notice. Have been rebooking Shuyi

### 5/5 — Very sitter friendly!

*2026-04-01*

I wanted to see if I can becọme a sitter, they approved my application almost instantly, dont
get me wrong, they do ask for videos, SSN info, but it was fast! And no payment for the sitter
application. I just want to say on any other platforms they charge sitter applications fees.

### 5/5 — I’m one of those people who writes three pages of instructions for a cat who mostly s

*2026-04-01*

Lin didn ’t make me feel weird about it, she asked clarifying questions, we met beforehand
at no cost (which matters because I ’ve absolutely been charged elsewhere), and then she
sent daily photos; Calm house when I returned. Appreciate Lin so much.

### 5/5 — Meet first, no extra fee

*2026-04-01*

I ’m in Fremont and was burned before. On another app the intro visit felt like a paid drop-in
before I cọmmitted. Sitters on here do first visit for free and my sitter Joanne came over, we
walked through feeding and meds, no extra charge to meet. I booked her for the same week.
She sent photos every day and my baby ate while I was gone, no anxiety for me and my
baby.

### 5/5 — True enough

*2026-03-20*

Way more than cat care—total peace of mind" Went way beyond what I expected. My flight was cancelled, my sitter changed her schedule around mine to visit my cat for unscheduled days, brought in my mail every day, helped with packages. She treated it like her own. Pawsible sitters are on another level!

### 5/5 — Okay, no cọmment

*2026-03-20*

Pawsible is exactly what cat parents need" Other pet-sitting apps felt generic. Pawsible is built for cats. They make sure every sitter is experienced with felines. Sophie took care of my baby—photos every day; clear cọmunication, happy when I got back. Rebooked for next month already.

### 5/5 — You use it

*2026-03-20*

Easy booking and great updates" Booked my sitter in under an hour. Daily photos and videos, stayed in touch, kept him cọmfortable. Simple app, everything was easy. I was only gone 3 days but it made such a difference. I've booked 2 times on Pawsible with Flora and will keep cọming back.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — See

*2026-01-29, version 2.7.4*

Definitely not trustworthy app I ve had better experience with other platform

### 1/5 — hard to navigate & bad customer service

*2026-01-24, version 2.7.4*

really bad experience with them

### 1/5 — Not helpful

*2026-01-21, version 2.7.4*

Can’t get any support , not responsive

### 1/5 — Hard to use

*2026-01-14, version 2.7.4*

Can’t find any good sitters for my cat and the UI sucks and is confusing to use

### 3/5 — Mixed feelings

*2026-04-23, version 2.7.7*

First booking was amazing. Second booking the sitter was late twice and forgot to scoop the litter one day. I get that people are human but for what I paid I expected more consistency. Might try one more time

### 4/5 — Solid option for travelers

*2026-04-23, version 2.7.7*

Used this while in Europe for two weeks. The time zone difference made timing on the app a little weird but my sitter was super nice. Came home to happy, healthy kitties.

### 5/5 — This is something cat parents need

*2026-08-25*

Since our sitter of 10+ years died, we’ve tried other sitters found locally but were dissatisfied. Pawsible found us a wonderful, five-star sitter whom we tried out and we are absolutely delighted with her, as are our cats, and the Pawsible platform gave us added confidence. I have already recommended it to others. The app is easy to use!

### 5/5 — Allergy shots done right, and she cleaned up hairballs without being asked

*2026-08-20*

Our cat Peanut gets a weekly allergy injection and I was dreading finding a sitter who could actually do it correctly. Sitter Grace nailed it every time, no issues. On top of that, Peanut threw up a hairball on day 3 (typical) and Grace not only cleaned it up completely but brought her own hairball remedy gel to help things along for the rest of the week. I didn't even mention we were low on it, she just noticed and handled it. Thank you Grace!

### 5/5 — Sitter was good, UI was nice

*2026-04-23, version 2.7.7*

As a UI designer myself, I think this app is very well designed. One minor thing is
though that I cannot save photos from sitter check in pictures, I love those feedback
pics, would be nice if I can save and share those!

### 5/5 — Medication peace of mind

*2026-04-23*

My senior cat needs pills twice a day and I was terrified of leaving him. My sitter has vet experience and handled everything perfectly, even sent me videos of pill time so I knew he was getting his meds. Cannot thank her enough.

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Many sitters in my area

*2026-04-22, version 2.7.7*

40 sitters within 10 miles of me and all very responsive. If you live in a bigger city you'll probably love this like I do, but for smaller towns it might be rough.

### 5/5 — Decent app

*2026-04-22, version 2.7.7*

Would love the ability to save preferred sitters as "favorites" and have them notified first when I need a booking. Also the search filters are pretty basic. Good foundation though!

### 5/5 — My anxious cat loves his sitter

*2026-04-22, version 2.7.7*

Tiger is the most nervous boy on earth. Hides from everyone. His sitter Jess
apparently gets cuddles from him now?? I've never even seen that. Whatever magic
she has, I'll pay for it forever.

### 5/5 — Great customer service

*2026-04-21, version 2.7.7*

Sitter ghosted me after the meet and greet. Reached out to their customer service and they were able to find a replacement sitter in under an hour while I was on airplane.

### 5/5 — Obsessed with this app

*2026-04-21, version 2.7.7*

Cannot recommend enough!! Found the sweetest sitter named Megan who treats my cats like they're her own. She sends the cutest updates and even leaves little handwritten notes. Worth every penny

### 5/5 — The meetup actually mattered

*2026-04-18, version 2.7.7*

We did a quick intro visit. My cat warmed up faster than I expected. After that,
booking felt less like gambling. I’ve already used Pawsible twice.
