## What is PawsMe?

Catch yourself before you scroll. PawsMe helps you build calmer phone habits with a screen time app blocker and Paws, your puppy companion.

Choose the apps, categories or websites you want to protect with Apple's Screen Time controls. When a shield appears, open PawsMe and answer one quick question. Continue for your chosen access window, or resist the distraction and help Paws recover.

SMALL CHOICES. MORE CARE.
Earn points through intentional pauses and completed focus sessions. Check Paws's wellbeing, build your streak and make time away from distracting apps feel rewarding.

WITH PAWSME, YOU CAN:
• Protect selected apps, categories and websites
• Choose challenge difficulty and temporary unlock windows
• Start focus sessions while selected distractions stay blocked
• Track phone-wide pickups separately from selected-app screen time
• See continued and resisted opens in your weekly recap
• Check Paws's health and focus progress from Home Screen widgets
• Adjust your protected selection as your routine changes

For study, work or a quiet moment away from scrolling, PawsMe gives your next tap a little more intention.

Privacy:
PawsMe uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs for private app selection and shielding. Your selected apps and Screen Time reports stay on your device. PawsMe does not read your messages, photos, passwords or screen content. RevenueCat processes subscription information. AppsFlyer measures app activity and marketing performance, including subscription events and amounts shared with configured advertising partners such as TikTok. On iOS, use of the advertising identifier requires your tracking permission. See our privacy policy for details.

Subscription:
PawsMe offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription. A 7-day free trial is available to eligible customers where offered; the app and Apple's purchase sheet show your current price and eligibility. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel renewal in your App Store subscription settings. Cancelling renewal preserves access until the current paid or trial entitlement ends.
