Pathetic service, rude customer care
I booked a grooming session on App. Then I get a call no body is available. I told update your app. They told we’ll send some other time. I told them to fix their app first and then take it live on App Store l
Bad app, worst response and punctuality.
App is bad, post taking subscription it wasn’t reflecting and inspite of personally talking to them multiple times, they never fixed it.
Never punctual with service timing - always delayed and rescheduling. The groomer who came however was good at what he do which was the only positive.
Overall - dissatisfied
