A very short wait for a video consultation with a very knowledgeable vet followed up with a different vet later in the day. Particularly good for our Brittany because she gets very anxious at the vets. Our membership is via Yumove which is an incredible benefit. Than k you! ### 5/5 — Baileys drinking Bengal *2025-02-19* My hybrid Bengal looked to have got at a glass of Baileys left after a party and was a bit sick in the morning. We didn’t find the glass till later and I was really worried in case she affected her liver but the vet was really reassuring and explained all about what accidental doses can have what effect and what symptoms to look out for. Luckily she didn’t have them. Huge relief and the Baileys is banished into the back of the cupboard and anyone who leaves one lying about next time where the cats sleep may not get invited again . Fast, efficient and informative. ### 5/5 — Amazing service, not another gimmick app *2025-01-10* Absolutely fantastic service! I have 24/7 vet service included in my pet health plan. I had to use it for the first time this morning unfortunately, I am amazed how professional the vet is! I requested video chat consultation, it connected with the vet immediately after I submitted the enquiry. The waiting time is less than 1 minute. Throughout the consultation, Dr. Elena is very helpful, she answered all my concerns and give detailed advice on my dog. After the consultation, I received the report straight away. It included everything. I highly recommend this app! Also big thank you to Dr. Elena Koskinas. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Couldn’t login *2025-09-20, version 3.9.9* Would accept suggested special characters in password and once I found one that worked, the email address kept asking to be verified so gave up ### 1/5 — Tbh rubbish *2025-07-28, version 3.9.6* I was worried about my dog…they basically told me what I already found out on google…pretty much word for word…charged me £24…complete rubbish ### 1/5 — Calls/Chats constantly fail! *2025-05-10* It took me 6 or 7 attempts to actually get through to a vet after waiting in a queue each time. The wait times are reasonable but it is extremely frustrating that the calls fail repeatedly and you need to restart the process all over again. The app seriously needs updating. However, when we did speak with a Vet the advice was helpful and friendly. ### 1/5 — To expensive *2024-10-08* $40 for a sección that’s to much ### 1/5 — Impossible to get through *2023-05-01, version 3.3.10* So the service boasts that 80% of calls are answered within 90 seconds. How come I’m caller number -1 (yes minus 1) an hour after logging in? I’ve been caller number 4, caller 3, caller 2, back to caller number 4, caller 1, and now caller -1. I’ve tried cancelling the call, logging out, deleting apps and everything else but nothing works. App doesn’t recognise my log in details although I can log in on my lap top with the same details. Have changed details twice, but still doesn’t work on the app. Idea is great, but app is absolutely useless !! Coincidentally I have had the same vet 3 times I have called. Brill for consistency, no need to go through back story. Last time pawsquad vet suggested instead of attending vet on weekend await Monday. Vets administered 7 day pain relief. 7 day AB. Re check still bloody anal glands so extended AB 3 days. 2 days later still blood in stool. Pawsquad said re visit vet. I spoke with Dr Jennifer who advised me exactly how I was feeling I should manage my situation for both my dogs who took sick together. I know my dogs well and she just backed up what I felt was right and I’m forever grateful for that. Most vets jump on upselling so when a vet is frank and honest with me I truly appreciate that from them.
