There must be a way to view walk history. I am having trouble finding it. Wherever it is, it is not intuitive. **Developer response:** Thanks for your support! You can find walk history by tapping the top right button on the Walk screen. However, I was not aware, or didn’t see it, that there was a subscription cost after the initial purchase. My dogs tag gets scanned by other people across my country ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-11-25* After purchasing multiple tags I was only able to have one pet listed on the app unless I upgraded to a premium account. **Developer response:** Non-premium users can also create pets for free when binding an ID Tag. Here’s how to do it: 1、Open the PawView App. 2、Use the app to scan the ID Tag and enter the binding interface. 3、In the binding interface, select a pet and choose to create a new pet. This allows you to add a new pet for free, even without a premium account, by binding an ID Tag. If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to contact our support team for assistance! ### 1/5 — it’s a no for me *2024-06-19* There is no way to get in touch with the owner. If you find a pet that’s wearing the collar. **Developer response:** You can scan the QR code on the collar's ID tag to open a webpage displaying the pet owner's information. You can contact the owner via phone or email. If the pet owner has enabled privacy protection, you will not be able to view their information. Open PawView and go to the ID Tag profile page to set privacy permissions. To achieve tracking, someone needs to use the device to scan and obtain the latest location information. If you have additional requirements for pet tracking, you may need to consider purchasing a product equipped with GPS or other real-time positioning ### 2/5 — Not allowing me to make a password *2023-08-29* I cannot make a password or sign up. very annoying. **Developer response:** I am very sorry to cause you trouble, you can try again as follows 1. I wanted my mom to be confident we are doing everything we can to keep track of him & care for him. I’m really enjoying all the features!
