It is fine if you want to update the app. Please make it automatically move existing devices from old app to new app.

This app literally does not work. I have tried everything if you have an iPhone you might as well just throw your PAX vape away. Cause contrary to what this app is saying there is no easy to step way to connect it to the actual server.

One word - Disaster

The new app by Pax has tragic performance compared to the old one. Devices are disconnecting most of the time. It is hard to operate them when I am unable to connect to the app. Also the fact that they retired the old app without any notice period is disrespectful towards their customers. Also with the new app it is impossible the devices to be connected to more than one user. Presently if my husband is connected to one of the devices via the app, I cannot connect and use them. In comparison this was possible with the old one. This app is just terrible and not at all user friendly. 
Bring back the previous app! IT WORKED!

Terrible new app, the old one was much better, too bad it was forcibly deactivated. The new app is buggy and slow, to turn on the fan in the bathroom you need three long taps. And you can no longer connect to the fan from two devices at the same time. Fix this, make the usability at least as good as it was before. And add a shortcut to turn it on via Hey Siri...

Having seven PAX devices in old app and being asked to look up pins for all of them again. Why?
Old app showing app store banner w/o access to existing funtionality. Why??
Country selection including great country of Kazakhstan and missing EU countries where your products are on sale. Why???

**Developer response:** We understand it’s frustrating to redo the setup. The new app uses a new codebase, so devices couldn’t be migrated. However, all settings previously saved in the fan itself remain. You’ll just need to reconnect using the PIN. See our FAQ for help: https://pax.se/sv/content/pax-app.

We are sorry that you feel that we missed your country, in the coming update Bulgaria and "Other" will be added. The country selected in the setup only changes what websites/support the user is guided to throughout the app, and there fore a lot of countries is missing. 

We hope that you are otherwise happy and that the coming update will mitigate this review.

### 1/5 — What a poor way to force all users to migrate and redo the setup from scratch

My country is not available in the list. How hard it is to list all countries you are selling your products in? No migration of existing products that are already configured in the old app… I need to get a ladder, party disassemble the fan to get to the stupid code and setup everything all over again… you could have come up with a nicer flow when you are forcing everybody to migrate from the old app. And why this is a different app; why didn’t you simply updated the existing one. All of this is really poor UX which is unacceptable especially having in mind the price bracket you are selling your product in!

They discontinued the previous Pax app, without any notice!
The current one misses my country. How am I supposed to use it?!

I was forced to use this instead of the wireless app. No devices were migrated. I have to redo everything!!

There is no way to temporarily disable silent hours! This functionality was present in the previous app! Now if somebody wants to take a shower late at night they have to delete the silent hours schedule and then recreate it again! 

Why did you have to scrap the old app?? It was more intuitive and had better functionality!
