Wow!  I’ve tried dozens of workout apps—some got me sweating, others got deleted—but this one? This app is different. It doesn’t just sculpt your body; it reshapes your mind.

Each session pushes you physically, yes, but right when you’re about to tap out, it shifts—reminding you to breathe, be present, and check in with your mental state. It’s like having Bryan as your personal trainer and mindset coach right in my living room.

I highly recommend Pax Trail!
