Пользуюсь паксум уже 3 года и скажу что за всё время еще не один мой перевод не проходил без проблем,каждый раз новый повод приостановить вывод.Очень проблемный банк,сейчас они уже 2 недели одобряют мне паспорт.Судя по количеству негативных отзывов,ребята и не планируют решать проблему.Если у вас есть возможность выводить через другой банк,то пробуйте ,ибо у этого банка вечные проблемы

Absolute dogwater. What a waste of time. Stupid, stupid bank. You can never verify your address and you can’t even send funds to your account. How do they expect to get any business if they make their app so unusable? Jesus Christ. If I had a loaded gun to my head and the sole condition for mercy was that I had to wire £10 through this stupid, cretinous, idiotic bank, I’d tell them “pull the trigger. I prefer death.”

The worst service I’ve ever used

I’ve been trying to verify my Paxum account for weeks. Every time I submit the requested documents, they just ask for more — over and over again. No matter what you send, it’s never enough.

The process is slow, frustrating, and completely unreasonable. I’ve used many payment platforms, and none have wasted my time like this one.

I’m done. I’ve decided to cancel everything and delete my account. I do not recommend this app to anyone. If you value your time, patience, and personal data, stay far away from Paxum.

If you have chance to avoid using their service - do so, there is only headache with them. 
They act like they do some important security stuff but in real world they just making usage of service impossible. 
You will lost your patience, you will lost your nerves and yet still you wont get your money from them. 
All of them people who created this system have to be suspended and convicted.

After failing to verify my account several times with no obvious reason since all other fintechs did approve my absolutely legitimate documents they locked my account without being able to use my balance and at the same time they charged me $5 a month until my balance got 0. So their only reason they are hard on verification is to get your money. If this is not scam then what is scam? STAY AWAY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TOUR TIME.

This website arbitrarily suspended my account ,claiming my IP address from overseas ーeven though I’m a Taiwanese citizen .It seems that they only know how to avoid responsibility by shutting down accounts.Are people not allowed to travel or go on business trips anymore? Beware that your account cloud be closed at anytime just because you’re aboard and they don’t like it.
