I just muddled through. It wasn’t all that easy but once it was done, it does seem obvious. Frustrating. ### 4/5 — Lost coin recovery *2023-08-08* I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 280,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of itech koa. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks. I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam, reach out to itechkoa@Gmail. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work in Australia *2023-05-24* I set payment currency to AUD but it still shows USD currency. I also tried to enable tap to pay (with latest IOS) - but was not able to. ### 1/5 — Fair business practice DENIERS *2022-12-15, version 2.04* Had to file a complaint with the Feds. Processed 1 transaction. Received an email stating my they didn’t think my customer intended to process payment. My customer was right next to me. Froze my account and stated that they would refund my customer on my behalf on the 5th. It never happened. Because the processing fees are not refunded. With a frozen account, and only 1 payment, how could I have enough to refund the customer. In this instance, they should reverse the transaction without question or delay—if they really meant what they said in initial email. But they don’t mean what they say. The blocks are perfunctory. They will fiddle F with you while sitting on your cash. Since I can’t refund the money, because of a $3 insufficiency they created, it’s now a 5 month wait For me to get the money. What happened to the customer they were concerned for? Unfair, deceptive, and discriminatory (re small business). Good luck. Better think about signing up for government cheese.
