Redeemed immediately and it actually worked!!! Recent updates have made the app worse still. Today, I received a notification to guide me to the offers which allow you to boost your rewards. Unfortunately, when I followed the link the app opened and just froze on a white screen. Restarting my phone or the app made no difference. I’m a developer and I would never build in an error message that doesn’t give some indication of why the app hadn’t done what you expect it to do. I have checked the settings but it still does this. Please look at resolving this asap. ### 1/5 — A heaping pile of garbage on wheels *2026-02-28* You know how you can a feeling of confidence when using a well designed fintech app that provides visual and UI clues about what is happening and what you might do if things go wrong? This app has none of those things. Maybe that’s fine if you can use it for its intended purpose but that’s the problem. I get an error when I enter my credit card number. And then that’s the end of the journey. I have called my bank to try to get it resolved but that didn’t work out. So now I need to find Mastercard’s phone number to try and resolve the issue.
