ログイン時に顔認証使えないし、記憶もしてくれない。
操作性も悪く使いにくい。
無料で作ってもらったなら許せるけど、税金で作ってたらキレる。

フェイスIDが使えないのでログインが面倒です。せめてパスワードとID記憶して欲しい。
支払いのアプリでたまにエラー出るので、ちゃんと払って貰えたか確認したい。
払えた時音が出るとか、なんかないと不安ですよ。

売上管理と言いつつ、反映遅いエラー表示なしのエラー頻発、再インストールしても改善せずのゴミアプリ。

返金できてるのかすら分かりづらく、二度と使いたく無い。

もっとまともな業者に委託してちゃんとしたアプリ作った方が良いと思う。

7月1日に当初スタートする予定で準備していたがコロナ拡大等で開始が順延され、約4ヶ月の準備期間が設けられ晴れて10月25日開始と決定されましたが、スターターキットは届かない、ペイメント提出済のまま5ヶ月放置。来店されたお客様に説明できません。神奈川県は利用者と加盟店に説明し、早急に使えるよう尽力してください。これでは税金の無駄遣いと揶揄されても仕方が無いです。
