＜申込・抽選＞
アプリ内で商品券を選択し、購入希望金額を選び申込するだけで手続き完了です。応募者が多数の場合は、宗像市商工会がランダムで抽選を行い当選者を決定します。抽選結果はアプリ内で確認いただけます。

＜購入・受取＞
商品券の購入はコンビニで、24時間いつでも手続きできます。購入した商品券は、プレミアム分を加算した金額にてアプリ内にチャージされます。

＜利用＞
利用もアプリで！商品券を選び、店頭のQRコードを読み込み、支払金額を入力することで利用いただけます。


＜注意事項＞
本アプリにおける商品券の抽選は、宗像市商工会が独自に行うものであり、Apple Inc.及びApple Japan Inc.とは全く関係ありません。

4万円買ったら8千円付くと思い4万円を購入。
なぜか2.4万円中小店と2.4万円全店共通と分けられていた。

支払いで使用するぶんには問題ありませんが、検索機能がアップデートするたびに使いにくくなっています。とてもプロのデザイナーが設計をしているとは思えません。
また、これはアプリの問題とは言えないかもしれませんが、チャージがとにかく分かりにくいし面倒。コンビニでチャージしようとしても、店員さん自体が『それなんですか？』と、分かっていないことも多い。グルメ券の時は、４軒目でようやくチャージができました。
アプリ内でチャージを完了できるよう改善を望みます。
