コンビニ払いにてチャージが可能となり、加盟店舗のQRコードを読み込み、
利用料金を入力して決済するだけでお支払いが完了します。

キャンペーンの地域商品券電子版は一向に配布されないし、何がどこにあるわからないし、クーポンも有効期限があるものの通知が来ない。こっそりクーポン配布とかキャンペーンして実績作りたいだけなのが見え見えです養老町

1、トップ画面にログイン画面に遷移するボタンを設置
2、ヘルプページに、IDの確認方法を追加
        ※今回、養老町の今すぐもらおう養老Payキャンペーンでの申請に必要なIDの場所が分からず、行ったり来たりでとても大変でした。

このようなアプリは、使いやすさが一番大切です。
養老Payをもっと普及させたいのであれば、利用する側に立ち、また利用する側の声を聞き、リリースしたらそのまま放置ということがないよう定期的にアップデートを、町民として切に願います。

アプリ開いたらすぐわかるところに置いておくか、せめてワンアクションで移動できるページにわかりやすくおくべき。
ログイン方法が分かりにくいのはわざとなのか？わざとなら財源的にやりたくない？
すごくイライラしました。
