無法打開app登入，顯示維護中，也沒有提前告知，導致現在要處理訂單無法處理⋯

預覽圖片有商家的收款畫面，以為商家可以登入使用。但是下載後打開第一步是輸入手機號碼（沒有別的選項），通過驗證後直接成為「新註冊一般會員」。沒有辦法去平常在用的廠商後台。所以這個APP商家不能用是嗎？我覺得應該要寫清楚，我現在想註銷這個「一般會員」帳戶，但也沒有註銷帳號功能。真的有點遺憾。（我是特約商家會員）

更新：客服說刪除帳號必須要簽切結書，有很多個資要填，還要上傳身分證正反面，真的是問號？刪除帳號就是因為不想留資料，結果反而要上傳個資跟身分證，怎麼可能提供，還是詐騙軟體？這不是綠界官方的吧？
