After that, I was asked to provide more information, including my bank statement, paystub, and other documents. Three days later, they closed my account. When I contacted them, they said the account had to be closed and that my money would be reversed back to my bank account within 3–7 days. Now it’s been over 7 days, and nothing has been received in my bank account. Whenever I call them, they tell me to contact my bank, while my bank keeps saying there’s no incoming transaction. I later contacted PayAngel again, and they requested my bank statement, promising to get back to me. It’s now been over 48 hours with no response. I called them again today, only to be told that “the transaction was voided and they can’t resubmit it again.” Everyone should be careful with them.
