It doesn't work on my wife's phone nor does it work on my phone. Can't even get past the start screen. So I can't use my coupon. *** New year - bought again (for some reason). Can’t log in after purchase. Email not valid. Can’t reset password. What a joke. Give me my $$ back. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2025-07-27, version 1.1* Doesn't work as intended. They need something to enter , to show they are not stealing or giving away items. DO NOT BUY! What a joke! There is no way to preview the app before buying, and it seems as if you didn’t care to let your merchants know that it is now paperless and how it should be redeemed. Just a waste of time, my time is more valuable than the savings considering the hassle it is everywhere you go with it. Managers and supervisors being called, people behind me waiting, just plain embarrassing!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible, does not work *2024-10-28, version 1.1* App is awful to work with first. Very clunky. Two times now we hit redeem and nothing happens. No code to scan or give, nothing. This app is just awful. It is extremely slow to navigate. And it rolls back to the top of the page each time I clip a coupon, which is very annoying. Bring back those paper coupons!! ### 1/5 — Bring Paper Back *2024-10-19, version 1.1* Navigation is terrible - I won’t purchase next year ### 1/5 — No app support, Disney on Ice code invalid *2024-10-17, version 1.1* As much as I love the idea of mobile coupons, I may not recommend this or may even advocate AGAINST using payback next year at our school. The user experience is very frustrating if a coupon code doesn’t work. The Disney On Ice coupon code says “invalid code”. You cannot get questions asked concerning issues with the app as there is no way to contact anyone. Even in the App Store the app support link goes nowhere. To me this is bad business practice. How hard would it be to manage an email account to address issues?
