I have changed my region, which was already set to the United States (not Mexico), but the application version I’m presented with is Spanish. Also of note, changing the language setting for the applications itself to English does not matter. I even tried changing it to German and it didn’t change. Finally, I tried using a VPN to download from various locations but still no luck. I ask the developers to please provide more details to their fix action. Telling people that setting their region will fix your problem, when it clearly doesn’t is not helpful. Furthermore, l find it hard to believe that so many users have the same exact problem. That is that their region is set to Mexico when clearly none of them live there and don’t understand Spanish. The application is free, I get that. However, the company who paid money to have this application developed expects their customers to use it so they can in return make money. As a customer of that company, who is trying to utilize the application as intended, please give me and the other customers a proper solution to our problem. Either by explaining in detail the fix action you are recommending, or by investigating further if there is some problem that you can correct which will allow us to utilize the application as intended. I cannot find a way to change the language although the App Store claims it is available in several languages.
