Lost nearly $700 to fraud. Paybis confirmed it was a scam and still chose to do nothing.

If you’re looking for customer protection, accountability, or even the bare minimum of empathy, look elsewhere. Once your money is gone, don’t expect Paybis to lift a finger. They’re perfectly content to leave a scam victim holding the bag.

If there is a security concern, they should validate this before taking money from my bank. Instead they take the money first, then give me a notice that it was “rejected”. You can easily validate a user before taking money. Processing actual payments and verification of a user are separate authentication processes and should be done accordingly. The devs have to know this basic process, I see no other reason why they would implement this backwards logic unless it was intentional.
