I downloaded the App, added my bank account, changed the pw. Then I tried and tried to make the transfer but to no avail. It found the recipient in my contacts but then just stuck there. I then did it manually with the phone number. Again it got stuck. I gave up and opened BIT. In 20 seconds it was all done. Night and day. Apparently it’s part of the Discount group which might explain why the app is crap. For years their banking app wouldn’t work properly. I would like to pay someone in Israel and I’m in the US. They sent me the link and it’s in Hebrew. When I tapped on it to try to figure out how to translate it to English it said Hebrew is not available to translate. Why on earth would I use your product then. The United States of America is a very large market especially for Hebrew to English missing out on a lot of people that could be but as for me I won’t use your app. It’s complicated when you can’t read another language. You don’t make it easy to find anything or to navigate through to try to understand your app even if I don’t speak the language. There are so many applications and other products that you really don’t need to be the language to understand what you need to do because they have icons. You might want to consider that. I’m very extremely agitated because I’ve been trying to pay my friend for two days now.
