They keep charging me from the item that i havent even receive because its voided i tried to tell them that and they keep saying the same thing. ### 1/5 — defective app *2023-07-11, version 1.3.8* just downloaded this app to keep track with my payments but buttons do not redirect as expected. They try to destroy my credit card I bought I phone and make 1 year payment with them . They took my money 6 month and stop and they block my app I try to open but can not . Today I got the letter from Aro collection they put me to pay full amount . I signed up for an account before while trying to make a purchase, and for some reason the purchase was then cancelled and it says I have no loans. The sign up process simply doesn’t work. Got a new card, went to update but get a ‘general error’ trying to login through app and website. Message paybright, they come back asking me for more information even though they have been sent screen shots and info. They then messaged me to tell me I’m two payments behind and to update through the portal (I can’t get into thanks to error) or call - where you are waiting on hold forever! I have been using Afterpay for a long time and I never had any issues. ### 1/5 — iPhone purchase *2023-01-01, version 1.3.8* Tried buying iPhone 14 pro on instalment through PayBright as directed by Apple website. After going through filling all the required fields and been approved to spend $10,000 I was told system has detected security risk. Contacted customer support to resolve but the girl advise PayBright buy now pay cannot be used to purchase Apple products. It’s a scam to get people personal information. ### 1/5 — Stole my money *2022-12-14, version 1.3.8* I used them as a payment method for Hudson Bay, took $48 from my account for the first payment, the next day they tell me my item got cancelled due to it being sold out, didn’t get my money back and still says I need to do all 4 payments as if the first one never even went through. ### 1/5 — App won’t load *2022-12-12, version 1.3.8* I downloaded the app and it worked fine for 3 months but now I can’t even get in to look at my account. All that appears is a white blank screen ! I removed and reinstalled and still the same issue ! This is frustrating and annoying - never going to use this app again! As soon as my last payment goes through on October 4th, I’m deleting this app for good. ### 1/5 — 0 stars *2022-12-12, version 1.3.8* Product I ordered was canceled. I was informed no payment was taken from the store I bought from. It’s taken over a month to get a hold of PayBright and now another 2 weeks and still nothing but they keep taking out payments for a product I didn’t receive. I recommend people use other payment plan apps. (I paid on time every month, and paid off account BEFORE the due date term) They keep telling me it will be 10 days to process that request, only for me to have to call back weeks later to ask AGAIN to close the account and them saying they have no record of me requesting that, even though I have emails with dates on them. Tried to purchase at foot locker using PayBright and it says they couldn’t process my application even though I’ve already purchased something threw PayBright and foot locker before !!! I know missing a payment would result in headaches. So, i have a checking account where each paycheck i put in half my rent, and now half a payment to the app. That way when they take the money, it will always be there. And load faster. The app takes so long to launch you wonder if it’s your side or the app that’s not working. I absolutely love paybright otherwise. Easy to see what is still owing and the payments going out automatically to my credit card is super nice I would love to see it allow registering a back up card. In case a card expires on us by accident. That would be nice. The peace of mind knowing your payments are automatically taken is nice but if it’s 1-3 year plan it would be nice to be allowed to register back up payment. 🙃 ### 4/5 — Fix your login *2022-01-21* Had to delete because I am not logging in every 10 minutes and going through your set up every time.
