The interface is tired, slow, and not forgiving. Every change has to be refreshed. Switching to use the calculator means you have to log back in. This particular company does not allow me to cover ALL of MY medical expenses unless I’m going to have a letter of medical necessity written and turned in. If my medical needs (labs) were not a necessity, my ordering physician would not be ordering the labs needed to treat my symptoms appropriately. Medical necessity is not based on what my FSA or insurance wil cover, it’s based on what my PCP needs to evaluate my health.
