It constantly kicks me off, doesn’t log in and my pay check is not early! I hate it! Delete it! And the time card part sucks too ### 1/5 — Do trust your money with them *2026-07-14, version 2.0* App has been down for hours, cannot access my money contact support button does not work I will be switching my bank immediately. Have had so many glitches since I started using them totally not worth it. ### 1/5 — Do not open an account with them *2026-07-11, version 2.0* This is legit the worst financing app I’ve ever used in my life. Only reason I open an account with them was because my employer worked with them, but if that is the case, even if it’s not don’t open an account this app is so technically broken. It’s not even funny. Feels like it hasn’t been updated within the last 10 years. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2026-06-30, version 2.0* I had trouble adding my card to my apple wallet because the verification number was wrong! It kept taking me to a sweepstakes line. I tried to find ways to get my money out and i saw transfers with phone number so i put my phone number and the money just disappears, no confirmation nothing. So i waited for a text still haven't got a text and don't know where my money is. The customer service don't know nothing they can't see nothing or do nothing. It has been a nightmare I just want my money back 😩 ### 1/5 — I wanted to love it *2026-04-23, version 2.0* I wish I had read the reviews before I had my check deposit set up. It allows you to transfer money using a phone number, but, there is no way to track it after that. It does not give you a way to update debit cards linked with phone numbers so if a contact has canceled a debit card and has a new debit card. There is no way to update it on the app. The money is just floating out there until it declines. I called the customer service line. They said they could not see. I’m not able to see the transaction online nor am I able to cancel it. I can dispute it, but it can take up to 90 days. I do not have a lot of faith that this will be taken care of. There is an email that directs you to send feedback but when you send the feedback, the email bounces back and says it’s not a valid email. There are so many issues that I’m not sure I can continue using the account. It’s such a hassle. ### 1/5 — Bad App *2025-11-29, version 2.0* why do i have to get a security code every single time even when i click remember me? my phone is currently shut off and i can't even check my balance lol ### 1/5 — App Glitches and Money Disappears *2025-09-29, version 2.0* Had this account for several years. The functionality is super basic, if I lock my card, the app freezes up and I have to call them to unlock my card. Most recently I tried to transfer $2410 from my spending account to my savings account and there was an error. However, my money was still taken out of my spending account but not put into savings. I’ve called and spent countless hours on the phone and can’t get anybody to help me fix it, other than say it’s escalated…cool. It’s a simple fix any bank could just do manually review, but not here. My money is just gone. Beware!! ### 2/5 — Customer Service Could Be A Lot Better *2025-07-22, version 2.0* This bank is pretty terrible. I wasn’t able to get overdraft (purchase cushion) despite qualifying for 3 months. I can’t get notifications when I get paid. The customer service is awful as another reviewer said. They are nice but can’t help you.
