I registered correctly four times and it still says to call the customer support or my company. I also made sure my email was accepted. Maybe I should pay by bill with a check like I have for 25 years. Plus they charge 1.99 to use it. My blood pressure goes up each time I try to use it. **Developer response:** Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience this issue caused. It has now been resolved. We do not charge for using the mobile app. The $1.99 fee is a service charge for paying your bill via electronic check. You can still pay free of charge at your water district office using a paper check. Took me to a page that took me to a page to download the app I already have. Couldn’t get out of the loop. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Awesome but Annoying *2025-01-17* After years of paying my water bill online via browser, I was SO excited to see a mobile app developed! However, I've removed two stars due to the annoyance that even though I have several cards saved to my wallet in the app, every time I try to pay, it requires me to input my card information, and doesn't give me the option to choose my payment method from the stored options. What's the point of storing my card information if I have to keep adding it to payments??? I'd love it if this feature could be troubleshooted and fixed, otherwise, great looking app, runs well, not an eyesore, easy to navigate (other than the annoyance). EDIT/Response to developer: I was logged into the app, and it had my saved payment listed, like it does on the website, but when it came time to pay, it would only allow me to select add new credit card and would not give me the option to select my saved payment. **Developer response:** The option to save a payment method, including credit cards and checks and pay using it later, is available only to logged in users. If you login to your account, you can save a card and choose to pay using it later without having to re-enter its details. This option is not available if you pay as Guest (without signing in). Hi, please open a ticket from the app from your account, by going to "Support" and filling the form. Mention in your message that you are the customer, who posted the review about not being able to pay with a saved payment method. We will take it from there and inverstigate the issue.
