The PayClock Mobile app is part of Lathem’s PayClock Online Time and Attendance System. This mobile app allows companies using PayClock Online to easily track worked hours for employees using their iPhone while working remotely or on the go.

I have been an employee with my company for 5 years, management recently switched to this app to save money and as an employee I am unhappy. Our previous app never had issues with verifying location, since we switched to this app Dec of 2022 I have been notified by management 3 times that I am clocking in about 5 miles from the job site. My clock outs register at the correct location. I reached out to customer support to see if I can do anything different with my phone settings or if it’s a signal issue. They were no help, they are only there to support the Administration Team not the employees using the app. I’m am being docked pay and being issues written write ups for “stealing time”

The app overall is good, but employees should be able to leave a note or feedback for their employer. For instance my phone had died two days in a row before my shift ended, and it would be handy to be able to leave a note explaining such scenarios, and to leave the time at which I would’ve actually punched out as a shift note so that he could correct it easily and efficiently.

My employer uses this for those of us that work from home.  It mostly works fine, but crashes every 2 weeks, and only solution is to delete app and reinstall.  A real pain.

•	Resolved an issue where users could not read notes/text using dark mode on the mobile device in multiple parts of the app.
