All our users report this issue. It will just spin when I am trying to clock in or out. Sometimes it won’t even bring up the employee list if I’m trying to view it, or trying to make corrections to someone’s punch. It hardly has any features other than very basic functions and on top of that it works less than half the time. Claims the connection isn’t “stable” at least once a pay period, and often just forgets the punch. Never had an app complain about the connection. Basically need to send an email every other week with my actual hours. Can’t edit the punches, even on the website. Very sluggish in general. Doesn't show anything besides the tracked hours, but that may be a setting on the admin end. Our previous app never had issues with verifying location, since we switched to this app Dec of 2022 I have been notified by management 3 times that I am clocking in about 5 miles from the job site. My clock outs register at the correct location. I reached out to customer support to see if I can do anything different with my phone settings or if it’s a signal issue. I just upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11 and now it won’t open. When it works, it’s a great app, clock in/out in one simple step, but now I can’t even access it. I’m not even sure why Apple hasn’t pulled this from the store. Horrible app. Can’t get any worse.
